Controversial Canada-based lawyer Miguna Miguna is expected into the country on Wednesday next week.
Miguna will be making a third attempt to gain entry into the country after his first and second attempt hit a snag as he was re-deported.
Miguna’s lead lawyer Cliff Ombetsa says that they are ready to receive Miguna.
In an interview with journalist's at the Milimani Law courts in Nairobi on Friday, Ombetsa said that Miguna is returning based on the court orders.
“Plans for Miguna’s return are on top gear and we expect the government to cooperate and facilitate his smooth return,” he said.
Miguna's lawyer however said that they are worried that Miguna could be humiliated again in his third attempt to gain entry into the country.
“We have not received any information concerning Miguna’s next week return from the government and we are a worried lot,” he said.
The lawyer said that they will advise Miguna on the best way to conduct himself when he jets back.
