A white tiled bathroom may look great, but the combination of lights, white and reflective surfaces can be disorienting.The brightness can mask water on the floor thus increasing the risk of slipping. In addition, the glare can cause blindness especially to some with poor vision.
Bathrooms with cabinet look shabby and outdated. Their ornate small protruding knobs seem to be pleasing to eyes and fun. If caution is not taken in bathrooms, these steel knobs and handles could probably cause injuries or deaths.
