In marriage, it is very likely that the man or woman may make more money than the other. Don't allow money to be the yardstick for judging anyone. Look at who they are, what they do and value it and you will be happy in marriage. Money is not everything. There are couples who live in wealth but have no joy at home.
Don’t forget that. Money is not everything even though it is a necessity, value good people over money. Winning a woman's heart doesn't make someone a man. Learning to treasure that heart after it is won is what makes someone a real man. Like a toss of a coin that has two sides so is the matters of love and hearts. Love must be reciprocated with love and not with nagging.
A wife is beautiful in many other ways. Don’t just focus on complimenting your wife’s physical appearance. Notice and compliment her intelligence, her patience, and her virtuous character, her parenting skills, her delicious cooking, her selflessness, her steadfast faith in God, and so much more. External beauty fades with age. But the ageless inner qualities of a virtuous woman is what makes her eternally beautiful. "Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last, but a woman who fears the LORD will be greatly praised." (Proverbs 31:30)
Some of the best marriages are those that have come out of the valley of the shadow of death; those that were once on the verge of total collapse, and those that recovered from seriously deep struggles and hurts. No marriage problem is too deep, too complicated, or too difficult for God to solve “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26. Step back, let go and let God do for you, what you cannot do for yourself. Trust Him. He is able. He has never failed anyone and He doesn't intend to begin with you
