After the handshake between Opposition chief Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta, Raila was branded a traitor by the NASA co-principals; Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula.
The only person left fighting for reforms that the co-principals are advocating for is the controversial lawyer Dr. Miguna Miguna who is currently detained in a filthy toilet.
The three co-principals should, therefore, fight for the return of Miguna since they appear to share the same agenda. They are all against the Jubilee government and Miguna seems to fight it better than the three of then combined.
Surprisingly, the three co-principals were nowhere to be seen during the Miguna airport fiasco. Raila, ‘the traitor’ was the only NASA leader who was humiliated when he came for Miguna’s rescue.
Are they cowards or they have also considered this as a 'Luo affair' just like the Raila’s Inauguration?
It is time for the three co-principals to demand Justice for Dr. Miguna Miguna and join forces to push for electoral reform, justice and equality. For them to remain relevant to the current political situation they need Miguna or else they will continue addressing empty rallies.
Supporting Miguna will also attract NASA supporters from Luo Nyanza who do not support Raila-Uhuru truce
