[Photo|Raila Odinga]After attending a church service in Nyamira County on Christmas Day, NASA leader Raila Odinga also attended Christmas service at St. Peters ACK church in Bondo, Siaya County. In Bondo, Odinga assured his supporters and Kenyans at large that his swearing in was legal. He castigated those opposing the planned swearing-in, saying he was legally elected on August 8.According to him NASA had access to IEBC servers which clearly indicated he won over other presidential candidates including Uhuru Kenyatta.“We as NASA have accessed the IEBC server and it clearly shows that we won. Therefore, I will not be sworn in against the law. I will do so because I won fairly,” Odinga said on Monday. He indicated that his inauguration would take place early 2018 after the December 12 postponement. He then took his grandchildren out using his private chopper.
