[Photo/ businessdailyafrica.com]Leaders aligned to the National Super Alliance (NASA) have been claiming that the political outfit is 10 million votes strong as we head to the next general elections.
We cannot ignore the fact that leaders of the alliance are giving hope to their followers, but what is happening in Ukambani is something to worry Cord Leader Raila Amolo Odinga and his running mate, Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka, also Wiper Party leader.
Leaders from this part of the nation have been hitting headlines even after they agreed to back Raila for Presidency. Just the other day, Senator David Musila and National Assembly Minority Leader Francis Nyenze became the talk in the political arena after they allegedly endorsed President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto ahead of the next general elections.
Although the leaders have denied the claims, what they said is written in the hearts of Kenyans. The two leaders have shown that they can easily be manipulated to change their tune. Before Raila was chosen to become the torchbearer of the alliance, Nyenze had threatened to walk out of the alliance with other leaders if Kalonzo is not named the Presidential candidate.
He caused a storm in the alliance when he claimed the Kamba nation had been given a raw deal. Apparently he seems not to mean what he says.
