While the NASA coalition is planning ways to have their say over Jubile, a number of opposition governors have expressed concern that demonstrations and chaos will hurt their counties.

According to the Star, the governors met NASA principals on Thursday and expressed their apprehension about the economic harm which will be caused by protracted demonstrations.

They said that earlier protests lowered revenue collection since most businesses closed every time there were demonstrations.

"I personally support our presidential candidate but it is true the coalition's planned protests could deny counties a business-friendly environment to collect taxes," a Nyanza governor said as quoted by the Star.

"We were categorical we will walk together on this as we hope arrangements will be made to ensure businesses are not disrupted and our operations are not affected," he said.
