A section of leaders drawn from Nyamira County have now endorsed Interior CS Fred Matiamg'i to deputise William Ruto come 2022.
Led by Borabu member of Parliament the leaders said Matiang'i has proved to be a leader with a stand who can't fail Kenyans id accorded to the high officer as the deputy president come 2022.
"In oder for Kenya to move on as a corrupt free nation we all need to support Matiang'i to deputise Ruto because of his commitment towards restoring order," he said.
"His performance record is indisputable and this is the time for him to be considered for a top office," he added.
On his part, Matiang'i welcomed the endorsement, adding that his vision to work for the nation in uncompromising.
"I am always ready to work for our people. When that time comes, I will be very happy because it is part of serving the country."
