Legal mogul Ahmednassir Abudillahi claims that opposition leader Raila Odinga will still lose in the Supreme Court due to ‘imaginary’ evidence submitted to the court.
Top lawyers are lined up for a bruising legal duel as seven bench Supreme Court judges prepare to make a landmark decision with regard to Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory.
And Ahmednassir now says he is confident that the court will throw away the case because it is ‘based on rumours and imaginations.
“I have gone through their affidavits and I want to assure you that it will be an easy case,” says Abdullahi, a man respected in various corridors of justice.
He further says:”Our responses are good because the burden of prove will be on their side. Based on my many years of practice, I assure you that there is no case at all.”
Already, NASA lead lawyer James Orengo has warned of a bombshell that will expose ‘massive’ electoral fraud in August 8 polls.
In 2013, Ahmednassir was the leading lawyer for IEBC in a similar case that was filed by Mr Odinga, who had disputed the outcome. He won the case that saw Uhuru Kenyatta’s victory upheld.
