National Super Alliance (NASA) Leader Raila Amolo Odinga and his running mate Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka risk being arrested and prosecuted if a complaint filed at the office of to the Director of Public Prosecution Keriako Tobiko is taken into consideration.

According to Daily Nation, Mr Samuel Waweru Gikuru, is demanding the arrest and prosecution of the two leaders for acting contrary to the order by Supreme Court under the stewardship of Chief Justice David Maraga. 

The man, through his lawyer Harrison Kinyanjui, has demanded an action taken against the opposition leaders for threatening to boycott the fresh polls if the Independent Boundaries and Electoral Commission (IEBC) does not meet their demands. 

He argued that the utterances of the two leaders are likely to interfere with the operations of the IEBC as we head to the fresh exercise following the nullification of the presidential election results.

 “The utterances are clearly intended and calculated at intimidating and create a hindrance to the IEBC officials,” he said, as quoted by the Local Daily.

The move of the voter comes at a time when NASA has been advocating for the resignation of different officials including CEO Mr Ezra Chiloba, Ms Betty Nyabuto and Mr Marjan Hussein Marjan.
