NASA leader Raila Odinga's planned swearing-in on December 12 will not take place, Kiambu Town MP Jude Njomo has said.The Jubilee MP claims that Raila is playing his supporters with the swearing-in thing.Speaking to journalists at Kiambu Institute of Technology on Saturday, Njomo said that Raila's purported swearing-in is one of his 'vitendawili's' (riddles) and that he has no basis and legal mandate on which he can be sworn-in."Raila Odinga is just playing with the minds of his supporters, they should not expect any swearing-in on December 12," he said.Njomo claimed that Raila has several times kept his supporters in suspense with the so-called 'big' announcements.He said that December 12 will be the country's Jamhuri day and warned NASA against spoiling the day for Kenyans.The Jubilee MP asked NASA supporters to stop following Raila and keep themselves busy.

 He said that election period ended and it is time for the country to move on.Raila insists that he will be sworn-in as president on December 12, 2017.The former Prime Minister (PM) has already sent out invites with details on the venue of the planned swearing-in remaining top secret.The opposition leader says that he will be sworn-in by the people's assembly insisting that he does not recognize president Kenyatta's presidency.On Tuesday,  Judiciary Chief Registrar Anne Amadi said that the Judiciary is not aware of Raila's swearing-in.Amadi said that it is only the Chief Justice David Maraga led Judiciary that can swear-in a president.

She termed  Raila's planned swearing-in illegal and unconstitutional.
