National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has come under fire for remarks he made about retired President Daniel Moi during the burial of former Nominated MP Mark Too.The leaders led by Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter and former Cabinet minister Nicholas Biwott accused the Garissa Township MP of demeaning the former president, adding that the legislator must apologise to Moi, the Star has reported."Duale should not use his cheap politics to abuse the retired President. He should know they are not in the same class," Biwott noted. “It’s disrespectful for Duale to joke around with Moi’s name. We demand that he apologise publicly for his irresponsible remarks," Keter added. Duale had asked Baringo Senator Gideon Moi to accord Deputy President William Ruto respect and support, noting that his community "carried retired Moi on their backs for many years." The two Rift Valley leaders spoke at separate events on Sunday in Eldoret.
