Why TJ Kajwang and Miguna Miguna have been arrested and not Raila Odinga over Tuesday's swearing-in is proving to be a vexed question for scores of Kenyans.
Sirisia MP has made his intervention in a bid to unlock this puzzle.
According to him, the reason why Kajwang and Miguna Miguna were arrested is that they are lawyers and should have advised Raila Odinga against taking the oath of office.
''They have been arrested because they are lawyers. Raila is not a lawyer. They should have advised him better,'' Walukhe said.
The MP's words come in the wake of a government crackdown on opposition legislators allegedly to have abetted Raila Odinga's swearing-in at Uhuru Park last week.
Walukhe was speaking in a panel discussion on a local television station in the morning today.
