[Photo|Courtesy]Reports indicate that anxiety has hit some officials at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), ahead of the Supreme Court's detailed judgement on August 8 presidential election petition.Led by Chief Justice David Maraga, the court annulled President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election, on September 1, ordered for a fresh presidential election, and said a full judgement would be issued in 21 days.It is reported that some IEBC bosses and staff are anxious, over the ruling, afraid that they could be named as some of the persons who participated to the bungled poll.The judgement is expected any day next week.The Star reported that some senior staff were assembling legal teams in case they are implicated in wrongdoing, even as the National Super Alliance (Nasa) demands prosecution of all persons involved, led by CEO Ezra Chiloba.The Director of Public Prosecutions Keriako Tobiko affirmed that he would initiate prosecution, once the Supreme Court issues full judgement.
