Many can ask themselves why talk about the 2022 General Election which is 6 years away but you will be told that is what they  call political strategy  .

Many aspirants have come out declaring their presidential bid in 2022 where the Deputy President William Ruto is among those who are interested with the title after forming JAP.

Does it mean that Kenya is where people talk about politics all the time forgetting about development?

We have been hearing talks from Mt Kenya where some politicians have started saying that Ruto will not make it as the president in 2022. why can’t they wait for 2017 general election before planning for 2022.

Kiambu Governor William Kabogo and Nominated TNA Senator Ben Paul Njoroge utterances that Mt Kenya residents will not automatically vote for Deputy President William Ruto after President Uhuru Kenyatta retire made many to think more about 2022.

On the flipside, Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has also declared that he will vie for the presidency in 2022.

What I am sure of is that between now and then there will be many new dimensions of political leaders and after 2017 general election we might have other coalitions more than what we have now.
