Her love and passion for journalism have seen her traverse the world, reporting on a bewildering array of developments in a manner that has awed us.Anne Soy has her fingers crossed as she hopes that her stories will help her bag a British Journalism Awards award.Anne Soy used to work for KTN before she was poached by the BBC World Service where she has risen through the ranks to become senior African correspondent.She is delighted that her stories upstaged 600 other stories to make it to the final shortlist.''I was so happy that my stories made that far. It's quite an achievement.'' She told a leading local newspaper.The results will be made public tomorrow and we wish her all the best as she has been a leading light in the world of journalism.
