Two Supreme Court judges have not appeared for the reading of the full ruling on nuliffication of the presidential election results.

Chief Justice David Maraga is leading four judges – Deputy Chief Justice Philomena Mwilu, Jackton Ojwang', Njoki Ndung’u and Isaac Lenaola - in the delivery of the full judgement.

While addressing the court on Wednesday morning, Maraga said justice Smoking Wanjala traveled out of the country hence could not attend the session.

“Judge Smokin Wanjala traveled out of the country but assigned his judgement,” CJ Maraga said.

Judge Mohamed Ibrahim on the other hand fell ill during the hearing of the petition by Nasa, and did not appear during the delivery of the court’s ruling on September 1.

Judge Ibrahim did not also vote for or against the petition.
