[Photo/ the-star.co.ke]Kwale Women Representative Zainab Chidzuga has asked residents to support President Uhuru Kenyatta's re-election bid.Speaking in Kwale on Wednesday when she accompanied Gender and Youth Affairs Cabinet Secretary Sicily Kariuki to roll out projects for new NYS cohorts from Kinango and Matuga constituencies, Chidzuga said much development has been realized in the county under the Jubilee administration.According to Chidzuga the county has benefited from many infrastructure projects which have improved the lives of the locals during President Kenyatta's reign.Chidzuga who ditched ODM for Jubilee asked the locals to reject the opposition leaders during the August polls, claiming that residents stand no chance to get development when they are out of government.The lawmaker who kept off Kwale politics amid fierce rivalry between her and Governor Salim Mvurya, exuded confidence that Jubilee is the team to beat during the August polls.Regarded as one of Jubilee party's key persons in the opposition-dominated region, the legislator is confident of defending her seat despite facing stiff opposition from nominated Senator Zuleikha Hassan who is the front runner to clinch the ODM party ticket to unseat her.
