President Uhuru Kenyatta [PHOTO/standardmedia.co.ke]President Uhuru Kenyatta is a man frustrated by the realisation that the Kenyan voters have rejected him.
This is according to political analyst Barrack Muluka.
According to Muluka, the president's recent way of expression was a sign that he was losing the elections and that this was the reason he gets angry easily while speaking in public.
"The President, who obviously works with intelligence, knows that things are bad and his frustration has sometimes been expressed from the nature of his campaigns and communication," Muluka said through an article in the Star.
"He does not necessarily go out to endear himself to the electorate. You see him shouting and screaming, almost going out of control and starting to confront individual members of the campaign crowd. This is not the done unless you are frustrated," he added.
Muluka further said that the recent public venting out by the president will eventually cost him when Kenyans go to the ballot Tuesday next week.
"People don’t like a leader who looks at them as a massive clustered population and speaks to them threatening things like ‘I will deal with you when I get there’ and ‘I don't need your votes’. This costs votes. His handlers ought to have told him that he needs to be cool, level headed and amiable."
