While addressing URP delegates during the party’s delegates’ conference held at the Safaricom Stadium Indoor Arena on Thursday, the Garissa Township legislator said that Raila had neglected their party agenda immediately he joined the grand coalition government.

“When we formed the grand coalition after the disputed 2007 election, we felt that our vision had been ignored. We therefore decided to leave and form URP,” he stated.

Duale said that the Cord leader had then neglected URP leader William Ruto during his trial at the International Criminal Court, leaving President Uhuru Kenyatta to stand with him (Ruto).

Duale dared Mr Odinga to assemble other like-minded parties and form another strong party in an effort to unite the country.
