The President of Kenya Uhuru Kenyatta will today give his second last state of the nation address in parliament.
He is expected to table what the Jubilee government has achieved in the last four years in power.
This include the major projects that the government of Jubilee initiated including the standard gauge railway that the initial phase running from Mombasa to Nairobi is nearing completion.
The Chinese who are constructing the railway are expected to start survey on the Malaba-Nairobi route.
This is a major project that the government of Jubilee will be proud of as the next general elections come into light next year.
The reason we should take the state of the nation address seriously is because the president is expected to tell Kenyans the far he has gone in the fight against corruption.
He is e expected to read names of senior government officials being investigated by ethics and anti-corruption commission.
He is also expected to say something about the steps he's taken towards youth empowerment.
