Makau refused to leave the seat even after being requested by the Speaker Justin Muturi three times.

The Speaker ordered the Sergeants at Arms to forcefully kick out the Wiper MP for the rest of the day on grounds that he was out of order.

Makau claimed that Mbadi’s seat  should be vacant after Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) Party leader Raila Odinga met with President Uhuru Kenyatta last week and agreed on national dialogue without the knowledge o other NASA co-principals.

“The ODM Party should let go off their opposition seats in Parliament and the Senate because they have joined the Jubilee Party,” the MP told journalists outside Parliament as quoted by a local daily.

A section of Kalonzo’s Wiper party, Musalia Mudavadi's ,Amani National Congress (ANC)  and Moses Wetangula’s Ford Kenya have been crying foul after Raila Odinga’s last week  meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The politicians have been claiming that Raila betrayed them by agreeing to dialogue with Uhuru without the knowledge of other co-principals.

On Saturday, Makueni MP Daniel Maanzo suggested that ODM should relinquish its parliamentary positions to Wiper, ANC and Ford Kenya  since it has entered into pact with Jubilee party.

NASA principals on Monday during the coalition summit are said to have proposed wider national dialogue and reconciliation after Raila Odinga’s meeting with President Kenyatta.
