Scientists have said that people who take more than three cups of coffee daily enjoy more health benefits than those who don't.
The research which compiled facts from previous 200 studies, also found out that coffee intake was linked to a reduced risk of liver disease and heart attacks.
Coffee is widely consumed in Kenya and it is the preferred beverage especially on romantic dates.
Three to four cups resulted in the greatest benefit except for women who are pregnant.
Robin Poole who led the research said that coffee drinking appeared safe within normal patterns of consumption.
