Former Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile. the-star.co.keFormer Kibwezi MP Kalembe Ndile is a man under siege.The outspoken politician was on Monday forced to abandon a political rally in Mavoko, Arthi River after rowdy youth stormed and disrupted it.The rally had been convened by the fire-spitting former lawmaker who is vying for the Mavoko parliamentary seat.Police were forced to lob teargas to dispurse the youth chanting National Super Alliance slogans.Ndile termed the incident barbaric blaming Mavoko MP Patrick Makau for his woes.Jubilee-allied politicians in his company- Regina Ndambuki (Kilome), Benson Mbae (Masinga) and Rachel Kaki (Kitui) prematurely left the venue the for the rally on learning residents were against them.Ndile after the incident, however, maintained he will not stop working with the Jubilee administration.He blamed MP Makau of constantly fighting President Uhuru Kenyatta and Machakos governor Dr Alfred Mutua instead of championing for development in the constituency.MP Makau is among Ukambani politicians who have vowed to stick to NASA ahead of the August general election.He is a staunch supporter of Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
