The National Vision Party leader urged the Kalenjin community to support Ruto and President Uhuru Kenyatta in 2017. 

Biwott said currently DP Ruto has no worthy competitor from the region and he is the best bet for their growth.

“I want to declare, we as the Kalenjin community have only one leader and that is Ruto. We will support him both in 2017 and 2022,” he said. 

Biwott said under the Jubilee administration the country has witnessed tremendous development.
