National Assembly minority leader Francis Nyenze has declared that Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka is ready to ditch the opposition Cord coalition.
According to the lawmaker who was speaking at Kyaani Girls Secondary School, as Wiper Party, Wiper MPs are keenly assessing the situation in the coalition before announcing their next step in the next few weeks.
"It's either Kalonzo or Kalonzo for the flag-bearer post," Nyenze said.
He added that as a party, they are searching for like-minded political parties to form a third party to unseat Jubilee.
The legislator castigated the ODM leader who he accuses of disrespecting leaders from other coalition parties and for treating them like 'flower girls' in the arrangement.
He further said only Kalonzo has no tainted record among all the front runners for the seat as compared to his co-principals in the coalition.
Nyenze's statement comes at a time when the coalition is already facing internal strife over the Presidential flag bearer question.
