This is after claims that he has moved to Maendeleo Chap Chap party.

Member of the Wiper party's election commission Hellen Ndeti on Tuesday said Ngunga has violated the party rules.

"Ngunga is biting the hands that feed him Wiper party sponsored him during elections and on top that it gave him his position as the Majority leader in Machakos county assembly," Ndeti said.

Ndeti said the party's leadership should strip Ngunga of his certificate by-elections be held where he should vie on a Maendeleo Chap Chap party ticket.

"It's despicable for Ngunga to handshake with Governor Alfred Mutua and claim he has joined the Maendelo Chap Chap party if he's no longer in Wiper he should be prepared for a by-election where the wiper ticket will be given someone who's deserving," she said.

She said the party's election committee should meet on Wednesday and take action on Ngunga as it does to all rebels.

Ndeti said the Wiper Party had high hopes with Ngunga in his leadership and it's a shame he has been 'bought' to Maendeleo Chap Chap party.
