Munyao says that Kalonzo has no right to force Kibwana to fold up his party and join Wiper.

Speaking at Kalawa ward in Makueni on Wednesday, the Mbooni MP accused Kalonzo’s Wiper of intimidating and harassing governor Kibwana.

“Kalonzo should know that he has no right to force Kibwana or any other person to join Wiper,” he said as quoted by the Star.

The Mbooni MP asked Kibwana not to fall to Wiper’s tricks. “They (Wiper) will use and dump you, it’s better if you remain in Muungano,” added the MP.

Mr Kisoi at the same time asked Kalonzo to stop imposing leaders on Ukambani locals.

The MP who decamped from Wiper party last year claimed that Kalonzo is imposing leaders on the people ahead of August general elections.

“The Wiper leader should know that the era when leaders were forcefully imposed on people is over,” he said.

A section of Wiper party politicians has been asking Kibwana to fold up his Muungano party and join Kalonzo’s outfit. Kibwana, however, says that he will not fold up his party and join Wiper. The Makueni governor though says that he supports Kalonzo’s presidential bid.

Last week Kibwana was booed by a section of Wiper supporters during a rally in Makueni. The supporters wanted the governor to fold up his party and work with Kalonzo.
