Wiper Party members who have defected to the Jubilee Party have been given more time to present themselves before the disciplinary panel after failing to appear on Friday.
The rebels led by Mwingi Central lawmaker Joe Mutambu will now have to face the Haron Ndubi led committee on 24th and 25th of November.
According to the party's Executive director Jared Siso, the decision was made after the members asked to be given more time .
Others claimed they received summon letters late while others said they did not see the letters at all.
This comes after one of the leaders Dr Alfred Mutua has already launched his own political vehicle the Maendeleo Chapchap which he will use to defend his post in the coming polls and has also pledged support to President Uhuru's re-election bid.
Other members include John Munuve of Mwingi North constituency,Katemi Makenga of Kaiti,Kisoi Munyao(Mbooni),Regina Ndambuki(Kilome) and nominated Robert Mutemi who have publicly differed with the Wiper party's decisions and policies.
