Residents of Geterere village in Keumbu, Kisii County are still in shock after a minor claimed that witches forced her to eat human meat.
This, the girl said happened to her on Wednesday night.
Locals say that it is the second time witches are doing that to the girl.
"The mother is said to have fallen asleep earlier when the incident happened. The girl was taken to unknown place and forced to eat meat," said Owen Ombui, a local.
He said that the girl tops her class and most likely that was the reason witches were on her neck.
Asked what might be the issue, Ms Machoni, the mother of the girk said that the same witches who bewitched her husband were the ones chasing after her daughter.
She said that in the first incident her daughter was forced to carry a casket around the school.
Pastor Raphael Kiriago prayed for the girl as he cursed the witches.
Later the girl who could not talk started narrating what had happened.
"I will take the girl with me so that the witches can give her peace," he said.
