A woman was arraingned in court for attacking her husband on April 4, 2018.
Elizabeth Njambi was accused of beating and injuring Daniel wanjohi after she allegedly found her with another woman.
Njambi was also accused of damaging household items valued at Sh15,000 belonging to the husband.
The court was told that Wanjohi had parted ways with her wife and were living separately.
The woman is said to have sneaked into his husband's home after a tip off from neighbours that there was another woman.
Njambi is said to have engaged the husband in a physical fight and also destroyed his property.
The husband was left nursing serious injuries after being bit several times on his arm.
Njambi however denied all the charges claiming that: "I've lived with him for two years. On that day, I was away at my mother's home when I was called by my neighbours that he had brought a woman to our house."
She was released on a Sh20,000 cash bail, the case will be heard in July 23.
