A woman is nursing injuries after she was attacked on Wednesday evening in Nyansakia Ekerenyo, Nyamira County when demanding for her debt.
Magadaline Orenge, said she had given Sh5,000 to one of her friend she did not name in the area last year November.
“I have been making efforts to have my money back so that I can settle the bills I have but the woman I gave the money has refused to refund back the money.
"I went to her home to ask for the money but I was kicked out with kicks and blows by the woman and her children,” she said.
She accused local administration for allegedly conspiring with her debtor to harass and inflict injuries on her.
“Nyumba Kumi officials have been making false promises to push the woman give me my money," she added.
