A middle aged woman was caught red handed by her husband having sex with her brother-in-law.
The incident happened in Riosune in Borabu, Nyamira County. According to the woman’s husband Tobias Oroo, he has been suspected his wife of engaging in an illicit love affair with his younger brother.
“I have been closely monitoring my wife’s movement and that of my brother because I one week ago a found a love message in my wife’s phone written by my real brother.
"I laid a trap on them when I cheated her that I was visiting one of my cousin at Ekerenyo and I was to return home late in the evening,” said Oroo.
Mr. Oroo said he took a motorbike and left to Ekerenyo but returned an hour later and found hiss wife and the brother in his house.
“I returned home an hour after I left only to find my wife and brother locked them from inside. I peeped through the window of the bedroom and I was shocked to see them in bed enjoying sex,” he noted.
He said he forced himself through the window into the house where he attacked the two before the brother escaped into a neighboring maize plantation.
Area Nyumba Kumi official Michael Nyamote confirmed the incident and said the woman was beaten mercilessly before she was rescued by residents.
Nyamote said women in the area have opted to having other men outside the wedlock.
