A 43-year old woman has died after she was gang-raped together with her three daughters by unknown people in Olo-siyan village Isinya,Kajiado county.
A witness who sought anonymity said a gang of seven, armed with machete and other weapons, raided the compound at around 10pm as the family was preparing to retire to bed.
The criminals first terrorized the deceased's son who was in the compound before proceeding to gang rape the woman, her daughter and her two daughters-in-law.
The deceased is said to have suffered from a shock and died after being rushed to hospital. The suspects also allegedly demanded Sh75, 000 to be contributed in a church fund drive.
Isinya OCPD Stephen Weda confirmed the incident and said the police are still pursuing the rapists suspect.
“We are yet to arrest the rapists but we are pursuing them,” said Weda. The gang of rapists has reportedly unleashed terror in the area.
