A 20-year-old woman says she realised at 16 that she is a cat.
Going by the moniker "Nano," the Norwegian says she is a cat trapped in a human body.
"I was born the wrong species," Nano says as quoted by lifesitenews.com.
Explaining that a genetic defect led to her being born the way she is, “Nano” speaks in "meows" to her friend, hisses at dogs, hates water, and says she has a superior sense of smell and can see in the dark according to the site.
She also allegedly hunts mice at night but ‘unsuccessfully’ according to the publication.
Nano’s declaration has started a popular YouTube video which currently has over 1.3 million views.
In the video, she wears large cat ears and a tail and also puts on pink fluffy paws to rub her face and gets on all fours to crawl and purr.
"I was born this way," she proclaims in the YouTube video.
