The unknown woman was calm throughout the time other leaders addressed the gathering only to start shouting Ruto's name when he started speaking.

Security deatils struggled to contain her until the DP intervened allowing the lady to take a seat at the main dais with her two children.

Ruto promised to attend to the lady after the function. She was heard saying that she has been both homeless and jobless thus the decision to reach Ruto for help.

Baringo governor Stanley Kiptis struggled to contain the lady who kept shouting Ruto's name throughout the function.

Despite promising to meet her, DP Ruto however rushed to his waiting chopper without fulfilling his promises.
