A middle aged man is nursing serious injuries after his wife poured hot water on him after finding him act with their maid on matrimonial bed.
The bizzre incident took place in Kisii Town on Thursday when the woman postponed her journey to Nairobi abruptly.
“As I entered the house, no one was around. I sensed something wrong must be happening. There were no kids around and the door was closed half way," said Mary Bosibori.
“I was confused and ran outside pondering on what to do next. I ran to the nearby hotel and asked the seller give me hot water.
"She was shocked but I insisted. She gave me the water in her thermos flask and requested to take it back because she knew me, “added.
The injured husband was later rushed to a nearby clinic where he was treated and his health pronounced stable.
