A woman in Kangundo town was on Friday evening arrested together with her son by the police after they were found with 750 rolls of bang and 3 stones of the same product.

Police in Machakos County have stepped up to cub the rising sale of drugs in the county. The two suspects are believed to be dealers of bang and sell it to the young people in the town.

 The woman identified as Adrina Muli and her son who she refused to identify by name were taken to Kangundo court to answer to the charges of being in possession of narcortics.

Addressing the media through a press release on Saturday, the chairman of NACADA warned against the use or sale of any illegal substances making it clear that the law would soon catch up with them.

“Just like attributed in the constitution, if you sell substances that are harmful to the health of Kenyan citizens then the law will be used against you. Some business people are importing bad alcohol from other countrys, a brand to another after they are termed illegal. If you sell a product to a consumer and it affects them then you must compensate them,” stated Mututho
