Makueni Senator Mutula Kilonzo Jr has been taken to court by a woman who claims that he has a kid with her.
Victoria Ndung'e Musyoka has filed a suit through Mungai and Company Advocates alleging that they had an agreement with the senator when they separated.
According to the agreement, she says, she was to have full custody of the baby while the senator took financial responsibilities.
“We had a relationship with Kilonzo between 2012 and 2013 and had the child in May 2013, but we broke up thereafter. He used to provide for us for a few months, but he has now totally abandoned us and refused to cater for his child,” said Ndunge.
She now wants Kilonzo be compelled to pay Sh259,500 per month to help support her and the three-year-old daughter.
Senator Kilonzo has however dismissed the claims, saying that the woman is an extortionist. He has added that the truth will finally come out and set him free.
