A Nakuru court has freed a woman who is accused of burning her husband and two children to death on a Sh500, 000 bond.
Joyce Wangare, 25, was accused of setting their house on fire in KIambereri, Molo on August 25.
According to the prosecution, the fire led to the death of her husband Jackson Njogu, her two-year-old daughter and niece aged seven.
In her judgment, Nakuru High Court judge Maureen Odero said that the accused had constitutional rights to bond.
Odero ordered the woman, who denied the charges, remanded to Nakuru prison should she fail to raise the bond.
The case will be heard on February 16, 2017.
