After being abandoned at a hospital in Embu town a woman is asking well wishers to assist her with Sh665,000 for surgery.

According to reports Monica Wanja, aged 29 has been hospitalized since May after being diagnosed with “herniated or prolapsed disk”.

Wanja explained how her husband and the rest of her family had abandoned her and were unreachable. 

According to Hospital administrator Purity Kangai Wanja was initially brought to the hospital as her family looked for different means of raising funds.

Wanja further called on patients to assist her in getting treatment.
