Eat lots of citrus fruits
Always eat a good quantity of citrus fruits for instance lemons and oranges. This will help maintain the vaginal PH and avoid infection that might cause bad odour.
Use water after a short call
According to the expert, women should use water instead of tissue paper after every short call. This is because water cleans better than tissue.
However, women should avoid using water contaminated with scented soap as well as douches.
Put on cotton underwears
It is most preferable to wear cotton underwears or pants made of cotton in the vagina area.
Changing pads frequently during periods
Always change sanitary pads frequently during periods and use panty liners when on ovulation period. In a case where one has no sanitary pads, she can use tampons instead.
Always drinks lots of water
Use garlic in your meals as it helps keep away bacterial infections.
Always make fresh yogurt part of your diet.
