In fights have wrecked the Amani National Congress (ANC) party with a section of leaders pointing fingers at each other.

The fate of Nominated MP Godfrey Osotsi was thrown in uncertainty after Lugari MP Ayub Savula said the party was going to suspend him.

According to Savula, the party will be taking action against Osotsi for gross misconduct during the party's parliamentary group retreat with the NEC in Naivasha.

The retreat, he said, will discuss a probe report on the alleged misappropriation of party funds, mismanagement of party nominations as well as Osotsi’s links to the Jubilee Party.

“Investigations have been done and we have the report showing how party resources were misused and how Osotsi manipulated and messed up nominations," Savula said.

"I can assure you he will not escape suspension and even revocation of his nomination."
