Six Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) MPs have described Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba as a "nobody" who has been bought cheaply like a prostitute in Koinange.
Speaking to journalists on Tuesday, ODM chairman John Mbandi, Director of political affairs, Opiyo Wandayi and MPs Simba Arati (Dagoretti), Peter Kaluma (Homa Bay town), Nicholas Gumbo (Rarieda) and Fred Outa (Nyando) said that Ababu is a "paper tiger" with no capacity to wreck the Orange Party.
Mbadi said he was disappointed that Ababu could be bought that cheaply to rock the opposition.
"If Mr. Namwamba was not bought and is not working with Jubilee as he claims, then the 'third force would not be fighting the Opposition but people in power," Mbadi said.
Namwamba has however denied claims consistently of being bought by Jubilee despite DP William Ruto saying that they actually bought him to wreck the most popular party.
