A governor has told Parliament Speaker Aden Duale to stop poking his nose into his county's affairs.
Siaya's Cornel Rasanga said Duale does not command political clout and wondered how he became MP.
Rasanga said the best political position fit for Mr Duale is that of MCA.
"Some of my MCAs were elected with more than 3,000 votes which Duale rode on to Parliament," Rasanga said.
"Let him tame his mouth and table the evidence of what he is alleging to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission for further action, rather than soiling our names for political expediency."
Rasanga was referring to Mr Duale's constant criticism of Cord governors who he (Duale) claims are corrupt.
He said before he talks ill of Cord governors, he should clean up the national government by wiping out the corruption rocking the Jubilee administration.
Duale recently claimed Cord governors fund ODM party leader Raila Odinga's political activities in the country.
The county boss told Duale to respect Raila, as they are not equals.
Rasanga said Duale and Jubilee want to drag Raila’s name through the corruption mud to prove to Kenyans that he is not any different from them.
“Duale is supposed to be arrested for giving false information to the public,” the governor said.
