Garissa Township MP Aden Duale has asked Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetangula to ditch the Raila Odinga led opposition.
Duale says that Kalonzo and Wetangula still have a chance of joining President Uhuru Kenyatta led Jubilee Party (JP).
The MP claims that Kalonzo and Wetangula are just ‘flower girls’ in the opposition, and that their ambitions of being endorsed to run for the presidential seat in the August polls will not come true.
The National Assembly leader of Majority said that Kalonzo and Wetagula will never be endorsed as opposition flag bearer, noting that Odinga has already been endorsed as the opposition flag bearer for the August 8 polls.
“Kalonzo and Wetangula should wake up and realize that they are only serving as ‘flower girls’ to Raila,” he said during an interview on Citizen TV on Thursday.
Duale said that Raila was endorsed as opposition flag bearer during the Bomas rally on Wednesday.
“Jubilee doors are still open for Kalonzo and others who want to work with President Uhuru Kenyatta,” he said.
Duale stated that Jubilee party will win the August polls by over 80 per cent, further dismissing NASA saying that is going nowhere.
“We can tell you for free that NASA is going nowhere basing on the type of leaders fronting for it,” he claimed.
