Interior Cs Fred Matiang'i has been told to join active politics if he thinks he is popular enough.
According to former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire, Matiang'i is not popular in the Gusii region.
"Matiang'i is not popular as claimed by some Jubilee politicians from Gusii region. If he thinks he is popular let him gather the courage and join competitive politics and start by vying for MCA seat in any area to see how many votes he will get," said the ODM party treasurer.
Bosire urged Matiang'i to stop celebrating the downfall of opposition politicians from the Gusii region who lost during the last year's August 8 polls.
"The Gusii tradition does not allow one to celebrate the downfall of another being. Matiang'i should be advised to stop using the Jubilee dictatorship on opposition politicians who are either in office or not," noted Bosire.
The vocal politician said Matiang'i is only being used by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto to advance their dictatorship agenda to Kenyans who are not ready.
"Jubilee regime is using a lot of force to intimidate and blackmail Kenyans including NASA leaders. NASA will not succumb to intimidation until electoral justice is realized in the country," he added.
