Opposition coalition NASA has warned President-elect Uhuru Kenyatta against making utterances that he won the August 8, polls legitimately because the petition challenging his win is still in the hands of the Supreme Court.
In, a statement by the coalition made on Thursday, ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi said Uhuru should await the court's verdict and accused him of declaring himself winner during Joyce Laboso's inauguration in Bomet county.
“This characterisation of the results of the contest is disturbing but hardly surprising. The President and his Jubilee team are suffering from an acute legitimacy deficit and are clutching at every straw to acquire it," they said.
“The Jubilee fraudulent win in all races is not synonymous with winning the presidency," he added.
Mudavadi said NASA is determined to prove that Uhuru's win was computer generated.
