Garissa township MP,  Aden Duale has come out to attack the governor concerning the decline in services offered.

This is not the first time the leader is attacking the governor over his leadership skills. Duale has now accused the Garissa county government of having done nothing in the past three years in relation to development despite the huge Sh7 billion annual budget.

Duale pointed out that the water situation in the county was poor.

The legislator pointed out that Garissa has been experiencing a serious water shortage for quite a while and this is as a result of the Garissa Water Company by the county administration.

“This town used to receive clean and adequate water until devolution started and things started going wrong,’’ said Duale.

The MP asked Jama to present what exactly he had done for the county before vying for the gubernatorial seat in 2017.

This is not the first criticism the governor has undergone. He has also been accused of not being able to control corruption in the county.
