Speaking in Garissa on Wednesday, Hillary Obure said Duale is forgetting the place that saw him rise to power and pushing out for other interests further than what he was elected to do.

He says Duale has forgotten about his core principal and function as the counties legislator, further accusing him of pushing for Jubilee popularity and political mileage at the expense of working for his county.

He says the Jubilee government will not give him votes but his people on the ground.

“It is not Jubilee that will vote for you no matter how vocal you are. The people want you in the ground so that they feel your presence," said the analyst.

Duale had earlier revealed in one of the dailies that he had urged the president to take care of his constituency as he pushes for Jubilee policies.

“Duale could be in for a rude shock come 2017. He puts the interests of Jubilee at hand at the expense of his own people," added Obure.
